Early Withdrawal Penalties

A penalty may be imposed for withdrawals before maturity.  The penalty we may impose will equal three (3) months interest on the amount withdrawn on Certificated of Deposits with a term of 0 - 12 months. 

For Certificated of Deposits with a term over 12 months, the penalty we may impose will equal six (6) months interest on the amount withdrawn. 

There are certain circumstances, such as the death or incompetence of an owner, where we may waive or reduce this penalty, but only up to the first maturity date after the owner’s death or date incompetence is declared.
