opportunities to you.
What Information We Disclose

employees who need to know that information to provide products and
services to you, and to other third parties in certain circumstances. For
example, we may disclose nonpublic personal information about you to third
parties to assist us in servicing your loan or account with us, to
government entities in response to subpoenas and to credit bureaus. We
maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with
federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
Our Former Customers
Upon termination of the customer/bank relationship, customer account and
liability information is retained only as long as required by state and
federal regulatory agencies. This information is held in confidence and
subject to this policy.
